1. Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery:

    • Metro Cities: 5–7 business days.

    • Rest of India: 7–15 business days.

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics issues or extreme weather.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We are happy to offer completely free Cash on Delivery for your convenience.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS containing your Tracking ID and a link to the courier partner’s website.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms & Instructions

To ensure a smooth delivery, please follow these simple steps:

  • Order Confirmation: You may receive a quick verification call or WhatsApp message from us. Please confirm your order to initiate shipping. Please ensure the mobile number provided is reachable.

  • Keep Change Ready: To help our delivery partners, please try to have the exact invoice amount ready in cash at the time of delivery.

  • Payment First: As per courier company policies, the package can only be opened after the cash payment has been made to the delivery agent.

  • Contact Availability: Please ensure you (or someone on your behalf) are available at the shipping address to receive the parcel. Our partners will usually attempt delivery three times before returning the item to us.

  • Online Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via SMS to monitor when your order is out for delivery.

Note: Refusal of COD orders at the doorstep may result in the restriction of the COD facility for future purchases.

5. Damaged or Missing Shipments

  • We recommend filming an unboxing video to assist with claims for missing or damaged items.
