At Creaco, we strive for perfection in every stitch. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return & Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for processing.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To ensure a fair process, we accept returns/exchanges only if the items meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • The request must be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

3. The Process
  • Raising a Request: Please email us at creaturecoutureofficial@gmail.com or visit our "Returns Portal" with your Order ID and photos of the product.

  • Pickup: Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your address within 2–3 business days.

  • Quality Check: Once the item reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check. If it passes, your refund or exchange will be initiated.

4. Refunds
  • Prepaid Orders: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • COD Orders: We will provide a refund in the form a bank transfer (details will be requested via a secure link).

  • Please note: Initial shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We offer one free exchange per order for size issues. If the requested size is out of stock, you may choose another item of equal value.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We highly recommend recording an unboxing video to help us resolve the issue swiftly.
