1. Cancellation Policy
  • Requesting Cancellation: You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase or before the order has been shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • Post-Shipping: Once an order has been dispatched/shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

  • Reporting Window: Issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Condition of Item: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

3. Refund Process
  • Verification: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Duration: It typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement after processing.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
